Seiko King Turtle Black Series 'Night Vision' SRPK43
The Seiko King Turtle Black Series 'Night Vision' SRPK43 (SRPK43K1) is a dive watch from Seiko: a 45 mm stainless steel case, 13.2 mm thick and 47.7 mm lug to lug, with an automatic 4R36 movement and 200 m water resistance.
Going by its 47.7 mm lug to lug, it should sit within the flat top of a wrist of about 6.5 inches (16.4 cm) or larger.
Research found it at $765 list in the US (checked August 2026).
I really love this one. It's 45 mm and it still fits my wrist really well, and the all-black look is sharp. I just hope the black coating holds up for the long haul, and the bracelet isn't good.

What the research found
These are the research’s judgments, scored against Holden’s priorities, not his own words.
Strengths
- King Turtle hardware: sapphire, ceramic bezel insert, 200 m diver's spec at a modest price
- Coherent 'Night Vision' concept — matte black everything with green Lumibrite Pro
- Cushion case wears much smaller than 45 mm suggests (47.7 mm lug-to-lug)
- Day-date practicality
Weaknesses
- Black hard coating over bright stainless steel — wear-through risk grows over a multi-decade horizon
- 4R36 is the entry calibre in an otherwise upgraded package
- Solid caseback, no display of an undecorated movement is no loss, but spec ceiling is visible
- Trend-driven blacked-out styling narrows versatility and future taste-safety
